How are we doing?

Okay everyone, how has the last few weeks been?  Take a look at your workout journal and see if you have done as much work as you wanted.  Have you been on the courts at all?  Cardio work, weight lifting?  Need it all.  I am still working on the instructional videos, hope to have them ready soon.

I want you all to start working on the ball toss for your serve this week.  Every other day I need you to spend 10 minutes (just 10!) going through your service motion and doing the toss.  It needs to be held in the tips of the fingers, and go straight up, straight down.  It should be very high, about twice the height of your reach.

  1. This is Stephan. I have been on the courts about 3 days a week since state. I will continue be on the courts at leased that much if not more. i will also begin to work on my bal toss and start to do other things besides just playing tennis.

  2. Brandt!! me and jenna have been practicing and are pretty ready for the tournament in jackson, we have to play each other in second round so we can't get first and second :( but i will let you know how it went when i get back sunday
